Ugh, lol... this contract is annoying af. Two employees were leaving; I was unable to attend their happy hour so I took them out for lunch which lasted for about 1hr & 15 minutes exactly. We do not normally go out to lunch at all. Or if we do, we spend about 10 mins going to pick up an item and then bring it back to the office. I also said i would be unavailable on today and tomorrow [days that I am not onsite so it doesn't really matter anyway because I am RARELY contacted for anything by the client since much of my work is done in the background I prepare them for an upgrade in O365). Get an email to all of team: HI TEAM, LET'S HAVE A REMINDER ABOUT OOO POLICY. For two weeks or more out, make sure you send an email to the calendar blase blase... For other shorter PTO, please send an email try to send things out as quickly as possible etc etc.. Listen, I typically give advance notice. Also, people have access to my calendar and it is there as well. If I need a fugging personal day, I am going to take a damn personal day. Particularly when I am up on my job. Made sure I finished everything in the sprint I needed to do. Submitted deliverables early. Informed will do a minor task upon my return Monday. ETC ETC. ALSO, if I want to take a mothereffing LUNCH and not bring it to my desk to eat in front of my mothereffing screen, I will do so. Yall hypebeasting for nothing.. Client not even onsite. WHAT CLIENT ARE YOU SPEAKING OF...

Watch the video in a minute. Just a general opinion from me however. Don't have an issue with Blizzard. Love their works. I wouldn't go as far as to call it a d!ck move from my perspective. Not even a bad business move. I don't think this would make a dent so severe that they'd ever be in trouble.
